Ink Becomes the Fabric
Unlike embroidery or heat transfer vinyl, dye sublimation converts ink into gas under heat and pressure, bonding it permanently with polyester fibres at a molecular level. The result is vivid, all-over colour with no raised surface, no hand-feel, and no risk of peeling.

Get a Quote
Tell us the style, fabric, quantities, sizes (Mens/Womens/Kids), and share your artwork — even a rough sketch helps. We'll also need your Pantone or CMYK colour codes for accurate colour matching.
Artwork & Mockup
Once you approve the quote, we produce digital mockups for your review and sign-off. No production starts until you're happy with how it looks. We can create an EPS artwork file if you don't have one (fee applies).
Into Production
Garments are custom made once artwork is approved. Lead time is approximately 6 weeks — this is the fastest turnaround available; no rush option exists for Biz Co.Lab orders.
Delivered
Your finished garments arrive ready to wear. We'll send you a measuring guide before production so sizing is right first time. Names, numbers and custom labels are added during production — not after.

What artwork do I need to provide?
An EPS vector file is ideal. If you don't have one, we can create the artwork file for an additional fee. You'll also need to supply your Pantone or CMYK colour codes so we can match your brand colours precisely.
What is the minimum order?
Just 10 pieces per selected style. So if you want singlets and hoodies, that's 10 singlets and 10 hoodies — the minimum applies per style, not across your whole order.
How long does production take?
Approximately 6 weeks from the time you sign off on the artwork. This is the fastest turnaround available — there is no rush or express option for Biz Co.Lab orders. Plan ahead if you have a fixed event or season date.
Can I get a pre-production sample?
Yes, pre-production samples are available on request. Note that samples incur an additional cost and will add time to the overall lead time — factor this in when planning your timeline.
Can you add player names and numbers?
Yes, names and numbers can be added, but they are available at an additional cost.
Are custom neck labels and pockets available?
Yes — custom neck labels, pockets on tees and polos, and other extra details are all possible. Just let us know when you request your quote and we'll include these in the pricing.

Can I mix styles in one order?
Yes. The minimum of 10 pieces applies per style — so you could order 10 singlets, 10 tees, and 10 polos in the same order. Each style can also have different design variations.
Is sublimation better than embroidery or screen printing?
It depends on the application. Sublimation excels when you want all-over, full-colour coverage with no surface texture — ideal for sportswear, activewear and branded event gear. Embroidery remains the better choice for corporate shirts and jackets where a premium, tactile finish is preferred. Shirt City offers both — we can advise which suits your brief.
