  • Order details: products ordered, customer-supplied artwork, sizing, design specifications, order history
  • Payment information: payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not see or store your full card number or CVV; we receive only enough information to confirm payment.
  • Website information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and cookie data when you visit the Site
  • Communications: emails, messages, and any other correspondence you send us
  • Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to receive marketing from us

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

How We Collect It

  • Directly from you when you create an account, place an order, contact us, or sign up for our newsletter

Who We Share It With

  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform provider, which stores your account and order data
  • Payment providers to process payments
  • Shipping carriers to deliver your order
  • Email and marketing platforms to send order updates and (with consent) marketing emails
  • Analytics providers such as Google Analytics, which receive de-identified usage data
  • Professional advisors (e.g. accountants, lawyers) where required
  • Government agencies or law enforcement where required by law

Some of these providers may store information outside Australia (for example, in the United States or the European Union). By using the Site, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Marketing

This includes using reputable third-party providers (such as Shopify) that maintain industry-standard security, and restricting internal access to information on a need-to-know basis.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law (for example, tax records must generally be kept for 5 years). When we no longer need it, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

You can ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal information we hold about you
  • Provide you with access to that information
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date
  • Delete information, subject to any legal requirement to retain it
